The Harbour Light presents the New American Standard translation of the Bible as translation that we ourselves have proven to be accurate, clear, and profitable. Most of the translations of the Bible today we cannot recommend because they are weak, unclear, or just very poor translations.

As many organizations today, we do not approve of everything they do. However, the translators of the New American Standard translation (https://www.lockman.org/) did an excellent job of translating the Hebrew and Greek to English. It is not perfect (no translation is) but it is accurate.
